Every INGRAMATIC thread roller follows new concepts, design and construction, based on innovative project and manufacturing principles. The machines offer the right solutions according to the market needs, including thread rolling after heat treatment of special steels, aluminium alloys, titanium, super alloys and roll forming of complex shapes.

STRENGTH AND STABILITY: the new frames are designed and calculated using a 3D CAD and analyzed with FEM programs, to guarantee maximum rigidity under high stress condition.

RELIABILITY: certified high quality materials, precise and accurate machining made on the most modern FMS machining centres of our group companies, high quality components that undergo rigid tests and inspections to guarantee long term durability and minimum maintenance needs with perfect interchangeability of spare parts.

MODULARITY: washer assembly units for one or two washers; integrated automatic system for loading blanks and washers; special solutions to feed and orientate parts without head (studs); we have the right solution for every technical request of our customers.

EASY ADJUSTMENT: servo assisted rail adjustment and memorization of the position; electronic hand wheel for die match adjustment; hydraulic clamping of fixed die pocket; new and simplifi ed adjustment of the die fixed in all directions; manual adjustment that avoid the use of hand wrenches: every set up operation is easy, accessible and user friendly.

TECHNOLOGY: hydrostatic lubrication of the slide; new concept double blade starter mechanism, colour Touch Screen TFT operator control panel, brushless motors, digital and read outs for rail position memorization, new high effi ciency vectorial inverters: latest and up to date available technologies are applied for reduction of set up time and improve the machine uptime.

SAFETY: “active safety” guaranteed by load monitor control, by rejection rails for defective parts, by phase control sensors for starter fingers to avoid return of the blank inside the dies. “Passive safety” guaranteed by soundproof cabins, protection barriers for mechanical moving parts and application controls.
